Located about 3 hours from Cali, Bahía Málaga also known as Uramba Bahía Málaga National Natural Park, is on the coast of Buenaventura, Colombia. This natural corner stands out for its biodiversity and beaches. It is also famous for welcoming humpback whales.
Its tropical climate with temperatures between 25°C and 30°C makes it pleasant, keep in mind that it rains on average 258 days a year in this place. Bahía Málaga has an area of approximately 471 km².
To get to Bahía Málaga, you must first get to the city of Cali on a flight or a bus, from Cali you can take a bus from the Cali Transport Terminal to the Buenaventura terminal. The journey usually takes around 3 hours to reach this magnificent place.
Once in Buenaventura, you must go to the tourist pier of the port and take a fast boat to Bahía Málaga. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and will allow you to enjoy beautiful landscapes.

We are going to tell you about our experience, our goal was to get to know 2 places so we changed hotels the next day.
This hostel is located in Juanchaco where we stayed the first night, we were amazed by the view it has towards the sea and we also found a little friend who visited us. This hostel had a value of $180,000 COP per night including breakfast.
Our breakfast, and if you are in this region they will give you rice for breakfast.
While we were having breakfast we had a surprise. It's a Agutí Bayo but they call it Agutí
This hostel is a bit more rustic, where you will meet several foreigners from Latinos to Europeans, we chose this hostel for its location and price. We slept in a camping for 2 people for a value of $50,000 COP per night
