Rincón del Mar is a small village located in the municipality of San Onofre, department of Sucre, Colombia. It is approximately 2 hours by car from Cartagena de Indias.
The village is located on the coast of the Caribbean Sea and is surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The landscape is dominated by palm trees and mangroves, and the climate is warm and humid.
It is located in the municipality of San Onofre, in the department of Sucre, which has a tropical and warm climate most of the year. It has an average temperature between 28°C and 32°C.
Rincón del Mar is a popular destination for tourism. The beaches are ideal for swimming, diving and practicing water sports. The village also offers a variety of cultural and gastronomic activities.
How to get to Rincón del Mar from Bogotá, To get to Rincón del Mar from Bogotá you can take a flight from El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá to Cartagena. Once in Cartagena, go to the bus terminal and take a bus to San Onofre this has a cost of $25,000 COP - $6.4 USD and the trip lasts approximately 2 hours.

Once in San Onofre you can take a motorcycle taxi to get to Rincón del Mar, this has a cost of $10,000 COP - $2.5 USD and the journey can take about 30 minutes.
The easiest way is to go to the nearest bus terminal and buy a ticket to San Onofre, Sucre.
Companies like Brasilia offer regular and comfortable routes although we leave you the option to buy your ticket on PinBus or RedBus.
